Overview
The Shop Status screen is controlled through the routing tab of VO / Actions / Build Sheet. It shows all Labor Codes, which are color-coded to signify their status, for each routing department on every job. The Promise Date will be displayed in red if the job is late. The top row of each routing department will display an Actual/Budget line showing actual hours vs budgeted hours. The Actual/Budget line will display in red if the job is over budget.
Features
Filter – One can filter jobs by PO Number, Build Type, and Customer Service Manager (“CSM”).
Show Current Work Only – Limits the data to only jobs that are currently clocked into by an employee.
Auto Refresh – Forces the display to automatically refresh the data every 1 minute.
