Quality Score

Overview

The Quality Score form is used to create a numerical measure of the quality of the work done on a specific job.  The PO Number is the same as the Job Description or Job Number on other forms.

• Job Hours is calculated from the Labor Transactions. 
• Assy Hits comes from the Builds Hit List. 
• Other data is manually entered into the form. 
• Total Score is a simple sum of the “score” columns.
