Item Ordering Report

Overview

The Item Ordering Report passes the selected VR Parts Code to the PIA Report.

Features

Report button

Opens the PIA Report, which is used as more of a summary report of the data for the selected VR Parts Code.

Excel Button

Creates and opens an Excel spreadsheet from the view that is used to generate the PIA Report filtered by the selected VR Parts Code. The data is grouped to provide a summary report. 

Detailed Button

Opens the PIA Detailed Report, which includes information about current vendor orders, for the selected VR Parts Code.   

Excel Detailed Button

Creates and opens an Excel spreadsheet with no grouping, so that all details are included. 

Per Week/LT Override Button

Opens a form to maintain the Qty/Week override values used for various items in ItemInventory_QB table.
