Customer Portal

Overview

The Customer Portal is to simply show the build status and work in progress images to customers. Customer Login is separate from Internal User/Employee Login.

Upon successful login, Users will see their PO / Job details in the header (shown below), otherwise blank fields. If the customer is not seeing proper details regarding their Job, it could be due to a lack of Job / PO number association done by Velocity admin. User must contact the office to get it fixed.

If the customer can see PO / Job details, they will also be able to see all the images and any other information uploaded by Technicians, who ticked the Show Customer checkbox when uploading the information using the mobile app.
